Dr. Timothy Olweny: I do admit that our facilities at the moment might not be as prepared as we wished. Emergency care is for every Kenyan, there is nobody who will be denied emergency care. All those people who cannot pay will be paid for by the government, there is nobody who is going to be denied care on the basis of saying they are not able to pay.
