After years of negotiations, overcoming obstacles, and relentless advocacy, we are proud to announce that KMPDU has officially signed the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital (MTRH). This marks a significant step forward in securing fair and structured working conditions for our members at the second-largest public hospital in Kenya.
This achievement follows our recent successful CBA signing with Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH), reinforcing our commitment to advocating for better terms of service for doctors across the country. Our focus remains on fostering an environment where healthcare professionals are valued, protected, and empowered to provide quality care.
We are actively pursuing similar agreements with other parastatals and healthcare institutions to ensure that our doctors across all sectors receive the recognition and support they deserve.
