The High Court has extended its order barring the Nairobi Hospital Board of Management from engaging in any capital expenditure pending a ruling on March 13, 2025.
This comes as doctors and other healthcare workers at the facility continue to decry overwork, poor pay, and stalled career progression. The medical staff have been vocal in demanding the immediate resignation of the Chairman, citing contempt of court and unfair labor practices.
