At the recent North Eastern Doctors’ Kamkunji, doctors gathered to chart a new path forward. What began as isolated frustrations is now a collective movement. What was once silence is now a resounding voice for change.

Where there was no voice, doctors are now calling for welfare and dignity.
Where there was no hope, members are demanding better working conditions.
Where resignation once prevailed, there is now the courage to speak out and fight back.
Doctors’ Demands Are Clear
- The rising cost of living must be matched with urgent salary reviews and timely promotions.
- Fair wages and humane working conditions are not privileges, they are rights.
- Study leave and postgraduate fees must be supported to strengthen professional growth.
