Dr. Anbar Ganatra

Dr. Anbar Ganatra served as the National Treasurer of the Kenya Medical Practitioners, Pharmacists and Dentists Union (KMPDU) from 2022 to 2025. Elected to this key leadership position following her service as a branch leader since 2020, Dr. Ganatra played a pivotal role in overseeing the union’s financial stewardship during her term.

As National Treasurer, Dr. Ganatra was responsible for managing the financial affairs of the union. Her duties included preparing annual budgets, overseeing audits, ensuring timely financial reporting, and safeguarding the union’s resources. Under her watch, KMPDU enhanced its financial transparency and accountability mechanisms.
