Dr. Mercy Nabwire is the current National Treasurer of the Kenya Medical Practitioners, Pharmacists and Dentists Union (KMPDU), the premier union committed to uniting, representing, and protecting healthcare professionals across Kenya. With over 15 years of dedicated service in health advocacy and research, Dr. Nabwire has evolved into a respected global leader in public health policy, labor rights, and pharmaceutical innovation.

In her role at KMPDU, Dr. Nabwire has spearheaded strategic financial reforms and has been pivotal in negotiations with government and industry stakeholders.
