Another win for our doctors and a reminder that collective action delivers results!
All 21 consultants in Tharaka Nithi County have officially been promoted from Job Group Q to S, a long-overdue recognition of their service and expertise.
11 promotion letters have been issued
The remaining 10 letters will be released in June
This success stems directly from the Return-to-Work Formula (RTWF) signed in May and the productive engagement with the Council of Governors (CoG) on April 25. We commend Governor Muthomi Njuki for acting swiftly and decisively, no fresh adverts, no unnecessary interviews, just results.
