On 11/10/2023 ,KMPDU joined the Pre-National Dialogue on Strengthening Health Workforce Development and Management in Kenya. It brought together different health stakeholders to assess the current workforce situation, service delivery challenges, and innovative best practices.
The goal is to enhance health workforce management and welfare, a crucial component of achieving Universal Health Coverage (UHC).
KMPDU reiterates the need to establish a practical, well-funded framework. We advocate for tangible actions, not mere lip service and empty rhetoric.
