We had a highly productive meeting with the County Government of Kajiado to follow up on the implementation of our previous agreement and forge a common path forward after our 56-day strike. During the meeting, we discussed the critical steps for implementing the Return to Work Formula (RTWF), ensuring that the agreements reached are put into action effectively. Our dialogue focused on enhancing service delivery and maintaining open lines of communication between the employers and the Union. We remain committed to fostering open and constructive engagements for the betterment of healthcare services in our community. Progress is being made, and we are optimistic about the positive outcomes that collaboration will bring.
