Today we met with our medical intern doctors to update them on the progress of our discussions and to reaffirm our unwavering commitment to resolving the issues and their posting in line with the existing CBA 2017. We recognize the indispensable role they play in our healthcare system; without them, the public service is missing over 35 % our medical workforce. These interns are the future of our healthcare, bringing fresh perspectives, innovative ideas, and boundless passion. We are steadfast in our mission to find a solution within the next 52 days, ensuring that they can continue to provide the exceptional care our community relies on without being exploited.
