On the 27th of July 2023, The KMPDU Secretary General, Dr. Davji Atellah, the Branch leaders, and the dedicated doctors of Bomet gathered for a powerful Kamkunji. It was an enriching experience where they collectively addressed pertinent issues affecting KMPDU members. Underscoring the importance of unity and solidarity as a union, we are committed to standing together in the face of challenges. We applaud the exceptional branch leadership for their hard work and dedication. During the discussions, one crucial matter that took center stage was the pressing need for a salary increase. As the cost of living continues to rise, it’s imperative that we advocate for fair compensation for our hardworking healthcare professionals. We stand united in pursuing better wages and improved living standards for all our members. These engaging sessions are just the beginning of many more to come. We eagerly look forward to fostering even stronger bonds and building a more connected community within our union. Together, we are stronger and can achieve greater heights in advancing the rights and welfare of our members.
